what happend if both players has same poitns
in a 2 player game both of them has the same points who is the winner?
The one who has more building than the other or something else?

It's a tie (though I'm not sure the US publisher didn't add some tie breaker, you must check the rules!)

there say nothing for a tied breaker so its a tied.

In the German edition the rule is: The player with the most points just from his buildings(without special points like those from the wish fountain, dragon gate or having finished the game) has won, when the result is tied...
